Ingredients
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
4 large flour tortillas
4 slices cheddar or American cheese
½ cup diced pickles
½ cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup mayonnaise (optional, for spreading)
Spray oil or brush of olive oil (for crisping the wraps)
Instructions
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 1 more minute. Remove from heat.
Lay out tortillas. Spread a thin layer of mayo in the center if using.
Spoon ¼ of the beef mixture onto each tortilla. Top with one slice of cheese, diced pickles, and tomatoes.
Fold tightly like a burrito—fold in sides, then roll up from the bottom.
Lightly spray or brush wraps with oil.
Place seam-side down in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
Let rest for 1–2 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Don’t overstuff the wraps—it makes rolling harder and can cause them to burst during cooking.
Use toothpicks to secure the wraps if needed (just remove them before serving).
Swap beef for ground turkey, chicken, or a plant-based alternative for a different twist.
For extra flavor, try adding sautéed onions, bacon crumbles, or a spicy cheese.
Great for meal prep! Cook ahead, refrigerate, and reheat in the air fryer for a fast lunch.
To bake instead of air fry: cook in a 400°F (200°C) oven for about 12 minutes, flipping once.
