½ oz lime juice
½ oz grenadine
Crushed ice

Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the coconut rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, and lime juice.
Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
Fill a highball or hurricane glass with crushed ice.
Strain the shaken mixture into the glass.
Slowly pour the grenadine over the top to create a layered effect.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry.
Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical escape!
Notes
For the best flavor, use fresh orange and lime juice when possible—it makes a huge difference!
Want a little fizz? Top with a splash of coconut sparkling water or lemon-lime soda.
No coconut rum? Mix regular white rum with ½ oz coconut cream for a similar island flavor.
Hosting a party? Batch the base mix in a pitcher (without ice and grenadine) and add crushed ice and grenadine just before serving.
Make it a mocktail by swapping the coconut rum with coconut water for a refreshing, non-alcoholic version!
