  • Author: Sam

Description

This Beam Me Up Punchy party punch is your go-to summer crowd-pleaser! Bursting with fruity flavor, bourbon warmth, and a Southern twist of sweet tea or lemonade, this big-batch punch is made for sharing. It’s colorful, refreshing, and totally make-ahead friendly—perfect for barbecues, beach days, or anytime the sun’s out and glasses are clinking. You’ll love how easy it is to prep, tweak, and serve. Built for sunshine and good vibes!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups Jim Beam bourbon

  • 1 cup peach schnapps

  • 2 cups sweet tea (or lemonade for a citrusy twist)

  • 1½ cups pineapple juice

  • 1½ cups fruit punch (like Hawaiian Punch)

  • 1 cup club soda or lemon-lime soda (optional, for fizz)

  • 1 orange, thinly sliced

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup strawberries or mixed berries

  • Crushed ice, for serving

  • Fresh mint and extra fruit slices, for garnish

Instructions

  • Mix the base: In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the Jim Beam, peach schnapps, sweet tea or lemonade, pineapple juice, and fruit punch. Stir well to combine.

  • Add fruit & chill: Add the sliced orange, lemon, and berries. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

  • Serve over ice: Fill glasses with crushed ice, then pour or ladle in the chilled punch.

  • Top it off: Add a splash of soda to each glass if you like it fizzy.

  • Garnish & enjoy: Drop in a few extra fruit slices and a fresh mint sprig for that perfect party-ready look!

Notes

  • Want it stronger? Add an extra ½ cup of bourbon for a bolder kick.

  • Prefer it sweeter? A splash of simple syrup or grenadine will do the trick.

  • Make-ahead tip: Mix the base (everything except soda and ice) up to 24 hours ahead. Chill, then add soda and ice right before serving.

  • Frozen version: Blend with ice in batches for a boozy slush-style punch that’s summer-party gold.

  • Non-alcoholic version: Skip the booze and sub in peach nectar or peach iced tea—still fruity and fun!
