Description
The Bite Me Baby Shark Cocktail is a frozen, ocean-inspired tropical drink made with coconut rum, blue curaçao, and crushed ice, topped with whipped cream and playful gummy sea creatures. It’s bold, bright, and ready to make a splash at any party, from beach nights to baby showers. Anything but boring!
Ingredients
2 oz blue curaçao
2 oz coconut rum
1 cup crushed ice (plus more as needed)
2 tbsp whipped cream (for topping)
Gummy sharks and starfish (for garnish)
Blue or teal sanding sugar (for rimming)
Honey or corn syrup (to stick sugar to the rim)
Optional: 1 oz pineapple juice or lemon-lime soda (for extra flavor)
Instructions
Rim your serving glass by dipping the edge in honey or corn syrup, then into a plate of blue sanding sugar.
Fill the glass to the top with crushed ice.
In a shaker or mason jar, combine blue curaçao and coconut rum. Add pineapple juice or soda if using. Shake or stir well.
Slowly pour the liquid over the ice, letting it ripple for that ocean effect.
Top generously with whipped cream.
Garnish with gummy sharks and starfish.
Serve immediately with a fun straw and enjoy!
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, sub blue raspberry lemonade for blue curaçao and coconut soda or sparkling water for the rum.
Chill your glass beforehand to keep the drink icy longer.
Want it extra tropical? Add a splash of peach schnapps or mango juice.
This recipe scales easily—mix a big batch for parties and pour over fresh ice to serve.
Don’t skip the garnishes—they take this drink from fun to unforgettable!
