Ingredients
1 box (3 oz) black cherry or berry fusion Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold cola (or black cherry soda)
½ cup black vodka (or regular vodka + 1 drop black gel food coloring)
1 oz blackberry liqueur (like Chambord or crème de cassis) – optional
Optional garnish: black sanding sugar, edible glitter, or dark cherries
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, whisk the Jell-O powder with boiling water for about 2 minutes, until fully dissolved.
Stir in cold cola and black vodka. Add the blackberry liqueur if using. Mix well.
Carefully pour the mixture into heart-shaped silicone molds or plastic shot cups.
Place in the refrigerator and chill for 3–4 hours, or until completely set.
Just before serving, garnish with black sanding sugar, edible glitter, or a dark cherry in the center for a bleeding-heart effect.
Notes
No black vodka? Just add a drop of black food coloring to regular vodka for the same dramatic effect.
For easy transport, use plastic shot cups with lids.
Make these alcohol-free by replacing vodka and liqueur with additional soda or juice.
Best served chilled—keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
