Description
Boozy Frozen Gummy Bears are the ultimate grown-up candy—sweet, chewy, and spiked with vodka. They’re the perfect frozen treat for parties, summer snacking, or as a playful cocktail topper. Make a batch ahead and keep them in your freezer for a colorful, boozy surprise your guests will love!
Ingredients
2 cups gummy bears (any flavor mix you like)
1 cup vodka (plain or flavored like cherry, citrus, or blue raspberry)
½ cup Sprite or lemon-lime soda (optional – softens the soak and adds a pop of fizz)
Ice cube tray or shallow freezer-safe dish
Parchment paper or nonstick spray (optional, to prevent sticking)
Instructions
Soak the Gummy Bears:
Place gummy bears in a shallow container. Pour vodka over the top, just enough to mostly cover them. Add the Sprite if using. Cover and refrigerate for 12–24 hours, stirring occasionally to ensure even soaking.Drain and Prep for Freezing:
After soaking, use a slotted spoon to drain excess liquid. Line an ice cube tray or shallow dish with parchment paper or lightly spray with nonstick spray. Spread the vodka-infused gummy bears in a single layer.Freeze Until Firm:
Place in the freezer for 2–3 hours or until the bears are cold and firm to the touch.
Serve:
Enjoy straight from the freezer! Serve in mini bowls, shot glasses, or use as a garnish for cocktails. Keep frozen until ready to serve.
Notes
Use high-quality gummy bears for best results—chewier, softer ones soak and freeze better.
Want more flavor? Match the vodka to your gummy flavor (like citrus vodka with tropical bears).
Don’t oversoak beyond 24 hours—bears may become too soft.
These are definitely adults-only. Keep them labeled and out of reach of little hands!
Store in the freezer in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
