Candies In Paradise Cocktail: A Frozen Tropical Treat with a Candy Twist

  • Author: Sam

Description

Candies In Paradise Cocktail is your go-to frozen tropical drink for summer fun! Made with mango, vodka, crushed ice, and a splash of grenadine, this fruity cocktail is topped with a playful candy skewer that makes it feel like a party in every glass. It’s colorful, refreshing, and a total crowd-pleaser—perfect for poolside lounging or sweet, sunny celebrations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 oz vodka (plain or mango-flavored)

  • 1 cup mango purée or mango juice (cold)

  • 2 cups crushed ice

  • 2 tbsp grenadine or red fruit syrup (for layered effect)

  • 1 tbsp simple syrup (optional, if using unsweetened mango)

  • Assorted fruit candies (gummy rings, sour belts, gumdrops, etc.)

  • Lollipop or skewer sticks (for candy garnish)

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine vodka, mango purée (or juice), crushed ice, and simple syrup if needed. Blend until slushy and smooth.

  • Pour 1 tablespoon of grenadine into the bottom of each serving glass to create a colorful base layer.

  • Gently pour the mango-vodka blend over the grenadine to create a layered tropical gradient.

  • Thread assorted candies onto skewer or lollipop sticks. Place the candy skewer into each glass as a fun garnish.

  • Add a straw and serve immediately while icy cold. Cheers!

Notes

  • Want it non-alcoholic? Just skip the vodka and use fruit punch or lemonade instead—still fruity and fabulous!

  • No mango? Use peach, pineapple, or even guava juice for a tropical twist.

  • Pre-make your candy skewers and store them in a dry container to save time when serving.

  • Best served fresh! If prepping ahead, freeze the mango mix and re-blend with ice before serving.
