2 oz Calypso Triple Melon Lemonade

-
½ oz grenadine
-
1 oz grape juice

Yellow Layer
-
2 oz chilled pineapple juice
-
½ oz coconut cream (optional, for creaminess)
-
Crushed ice

-
Pineapple wedge
-
Lime wheel
-
Cherry or edible flower (optional)
Instructions
-
Make the Purple Layer:
In a shaker or small cup, combine Blue Curaçao, grenadine, grape juice, and soda (if using). Stir gently. Fill your glass halfway with crushed ice and slowly pour in the purple mixture—it’ll settle at the bottom. -
Add the Pink Layer:
In a shaker with ice, mix pineapple rum, mango rum, banana rum, and Calypso Triple Melon Lemonade. Shake gently and slowly pour over the back of a spoon to layer it over the purple. -
Top with the Yellow Layer:
Stir together chilled pineapple juice and coconut cream (if using). Carefully pour it over the pink layer using a spoon for a smooth finish. -
Garnish & Serve:
Add a pineapple wedge and lime wheel to the rim. Drop in a cherry or float an edible flower on top. Sip and enjoy immediately!
Notes
-
Crushed ice is key! It helps each layer hold and keeps your drink frosty and fun.
-
Want a non-alcoholic version? Use tropical juices like mango, banana nectar, and grape juice in place of the rums.
-
No Calypso Melon Lemonade? Swap with lemonade + watermelon juice or a splash of Midori.
-
For parties, you can pre-mix and chill each layer separately—just assemble and layer to serve.
-
Coconut cream is optional but adds a dreamy, dessert-like finish to the top layer.
-
This cocktail is best enjoyed fresh—layer, garnish, and sip right away for the best flavor and look.
