Ingredients
1.5 oz white rum
3 oz chocolate sauce (plus extra for garnish)
3 oz coconut cream
2 oz pineapple juice
1½ cups ice cubes
Optional Garnishes:
Chocolate shavings or sprinkles
Maraschino cherry
Pineapple wedge
Extra drizzle of chocolate sauce
Instructions
Decorate the glass: Drizzle chocolate sauce around the inside of a chilled hurricane or tall cocktail glass to create a marbled effect.
Blend the cocktail: In a blender, combine white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, chocolate sauce, and ice. Blend until smooth and frothy.
Serve: Pour the mixture into the prepared glass.
Garnish: Top with a maraschino cherry, pineapple wedge, chocolate shavings or sprinkles, and another drizzle of chocolate sauce if desired.
Sip and enjoy: Serve immediately while cold and creamy!
Notes
To make it alcohol-free, skip the rum or replace with a splash of rum extract.
For a lighter option, use light coconut milk instead of coconut cream.
You can prep the liquid ingredients ahead of time and blend with ice just before serving.
Add a scoop of vanilla or coconut ice cream for an extra decadent, milkshake-style twist.
This drink looks amazing served in a chocolate-drizzled glass, so don’t skip the swirl—it’s half the fun!
