Slowly pour the white layer over the green using the back of a spoon to keep the layers distinct.
Garnish & Serve
Top with a lime wheel and a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes. Serve immediately with a straw or long spoon.
Notes
For best results, use crushed ice and slightly softened sherbet for easy blending.
To keep the layers from blending too quickly, freeze your glasses for a few minutes before assembling.
This recipe is easily made non-alcoholic—just skip the liqueur and rum, and replace with lime juice and a touch of agave or simple syrup.
Want to batch it for a party? Blend each layer in larger quantities and assemble just before serving.
Don’t skip the toasted coconut on top—it adds crunch and extra flavor that makes this drink feel even more special.
