Ingredients
3 oz coconut rum (such as Malibu)
1 cup frozen strawberries in sugar
½ cup piña colada mix (chilled)
½ cup Cool Whip (plus more for topping)
2 tbsp strawberry sauce (plus extra for drizzle)
Optional: fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
Blend the base: In a blender, combine the coconut rum, frozen strawberries, chilled piña colada mix, Cool Whip, and strawberry sauce. Blend until smooth and thick.
Optional layering: For a swirled presentation, alternate layers of the daiquiri mix with spoonfuls of extra Cool Whip or piña colada mix. Add sliced strawberries to the inside of the glass if desired.
Top it off: Spoon or pipe additional Cool Whip on top. Drizzle with more strawberry sauce.
Garnish: Add a fresh strawberry to the rim of each glass.
Serve immediately: Enjoy while cold and creamy!
