  • ½ cup pineapple juice (chilled)

  • 2 scoops vanilla ice cream (or frozen vanilla yogurt)

  • ½ cup Champagne or sparkling wine (plus more for topping)

  • Optional Garnishes:

    • Pineapple wedges

    • Maraschino cherries

    • Whipped cream


Instructions

  1. Blend the Base:
    In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, chilled pineapple juice, vanilla ice cream, and ½ cup Champagne. Blend until smooth and creamy with a slushy consistency.

  2. Pour into Glasses:
    Divide the mixture into champagne flutes or wine glasses, filling each about two-thirds full.

  3. Top with Champagne:
    Add a splash of extra chilled Champagne to each glass for sparkle and fizz.

  4. Garnish and Serve:
