Ingredients
-
1 oz Absolut Citron (or any lemon-flavored vodka)
-
1 oz Parrot Bay Coconut Rum
-
1 oz Pineapple Juice (fresh is best, but canned works too)
-
Whipped Cream (for topping – be generous!)
-
Optional garnish: Pineapple wedge and toasted coconut flakes
-
Ice (for shaking)
Instructions
-
Chill your shot glasses in the freezer for 10 minutes.
-
Add vodka, coconut rum, and pineapple juice to a cocktail shaker with ice.
-
Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosty cold.
-
Strain the mixture evenly into your chilled shot glasses.
-
Top each shot with a big swirl of whipped cream.
-
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a sprinkle of toasted coconut, if desired.
-
Serve immediately and enjoy the tropical vibes!
Notes
-
Want it sweeter? Use whipped cream vodka instead of citrus vodka for a dessert-like twist.
-
For a frozen version, blend all ingredients (except the whipped cream) with ice and serve in small cups.
-
You can also turn this into a mini cocktail by serving over crushed ice with a splash more pineapple juice.
-
No shaker? No problem—use a mason jar with a tight lid to shake things up.
-
The whipped cream isn’t optional in spirit—even a little swirl adds magic!
