Ingredients
-
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, melted
-
2 cups granulated sugar
-
4 large eggs
-
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-
1½ cups all-purpose flour
-
½ teaspoon salt
-
1 cup white chocolate chips
-
1 cup M&M’s, plus extra for topping
Instructions
-
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-inch round pizza pan or line it with parchment paper.
-
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and sugar until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
-
Add the eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
-
In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
-
Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and 1 cup of M&M’s.
-
Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and smooth the top.
-
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
-
Let it cool completely in the pan. Once cooled, sprinkle additional M&M’s on top.
-
Slice into wedges and serve like a pizza!
Notes
-
For best slicing, allow the brownie pizza to cool completely before cutting.
-
Mini M&M’s work great for even topping and easier slicing.
-
You can use a 9×13-inch pan instead of a round pan—just adjust the bake time slightly.
-
Try swapping in different candies or chocolate chips depending on the season or occasion.
-
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days, or freeze slices for up to 2 months.
