Ingredients

For the Punch:
1 cup vodka (plain or citrus)
½ cup limoncello (Italian lemon liqueur)
1½ cups sweet & sour mix
Juice of 2 fresh lemons
2 cups lemon-lime soda or sparkling lemonade (chilled)
Optional: 1–2 teaspoons lemon zest or a dash of simple syrup for extra sweetness
Ice (for serving)
For Garnish:
Lemon slices or wheels
Granulated sugar (for rimming glasses)
Fresh mint (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the Glasses (Optional):
Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of each glass, then dip the rims in granulated sugar. Set aside.Mix the Base:
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, stir together vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, and sweet & sour mix. Chill for at least 30 minutes or up to 24 hours.Add the Fizz:
Just before serving, gently stir in the lemon-lime soda or sparkling lemonade. Add plenty of ice and stir softly to preserve the bubbles.Serve:
Pour over ice into prepared glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint if desired. Cheers!
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, skip the vodka and limoncello, and replace with lemon Italian soda and lemonade concentrate.
Want it sweeter? Stir in a little simple syrup to taste.
