Galaxy Grape Mirage – A Frozen Boozy Beverage That’s Out of This World

  • Author: Sam

Description

Galaxy Grape Mirage is a playful frozen boozy beverage that’s bursting with grape soda, creamy vanilla ice cream, blue curaçao, and marshmallow vodka. It’s sweet, slushy, and irresistibly whimsical—with swirls of color and candy-like flavor that make it the perfect treat for parties, themed nights, or when you’re just craving something dreamy. Topped with whipped cream and pastel garnishes, this cosmic cocktail is as much fun to make as it is to sip!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups grape soda (or grape juice, chilled)

  • 1 oz blue curaçao

  • 1 oz marshmallow vodka

  • 23 tbsp cotton candy flavored syrup (optional, but highly recommended for sweetness and nostalgia!)

  • 23 cups vanilla frozen yogurt or vanilla ice cream

  • ½1 cup crushed ice (adjust based on your preferred slushiness)

  • Whipped cream (for topping)

  • Mini marshmallows or pastel candy (for garnish)

Instructions

  • In a high-speed blender, combine grape soda, blue curaçao, marshmallow vodka, cotton candy syrup (if using), vanilla frozen yogurt or ice cream, and crushed ice.

  • Blend until smooth and slushy—aim for a texture similar to a frozen daiquiri.

  • For a galaxy swirl effect, swirl purple or pink gel icing inside your glasses before pouring, or add a dash of food-grade shimmer to the blender.

  • Pour the drink into chilled clear glasses.

  • Top each with whipped cream and garnish with mini marshmallows or pastel candy.

  • Serve immediately with a fun straw or cocktail umbrella. Sip and feel like you’re floating through candy-colored space!

Notes

  • No marshmallow vodka? Sub with vanilla vodka, whipped cream vodka, or even coconut rum for a tropical twist.

  • Making it alcohol-free? Skip the vodka and curaçao, and use extra grape soda or sparkling water.

  • Dairy-free? Use plant-based ice cream or coconut milk frozen dessert for the same creamy texture.

  • Want more color? Add a drop of blue or pink food coloring to part of the mix, then swirl for an extra dreamy galaxy effect.

  • This drink is best enjoyed fresh, but you can freeze the base ahead of time and re-blend before serving for easy party prep.
