Ingredients

2 oz white rum (such as Bacardi)
1½ cups frozen strawberries
¾ cup cream of coconut (or coconut milk for a lighter version)
½ cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
1 cup ice

Instructions
Prepare your glasses (optional):
Run a lime wedge around the rims of two glasses. Dip in red sugar or shredded coconut. Place in the freezer to chill while you blend the cocktail.Blend the cocktail:

Notes
