Ingredients
2 oz Hennessy Cognac
1 cup frozen peaches
½ cup peach juice or peach nectar
1 cup ice
½–1 cup green apple slush (or green apple soda blended with ice)
Optional for garnish: fresh peach slices or green apple rings
Instructions
Blend the Peach Layer:
In a blender, combine frozen peaches, peach juice, ice, and Hennessy. Blend until smooth and slushy. Adjust the consistency with more juice or ice if needed.Prepare the Green Apple Base:
Pour green apple slush (or green apple soda blended with ice) into the bottom of two tall clear glasses. Fill about ⅓ of the way.Layer the Peach Mixture:
Slowly spoon or pour the peach-Hennessy blend over the apple slush, letting the layers stay distinct for that stunning two-tone look.Garnish and Serve:
Top with a peach slice or apple ring, insert a straw, and serve immediately. Cheers!
Notes
Want it stronger? Add an extra ½ oz of Hennessy.
No peach nectar? Use orange juice or mango juice in a pinch.
For a non-alcoholic version, skip the Hennessy and use sparkling water or extra juice.
Make the peach layer ahead and store it in the freezer for up to 2 weeks—just thaw slightly and re-blend when ready to serve.
