Ingredients
1½ oz vodka
½ oz blue curaçao
½ oz cranberry juice (100% juice or cranberry cocktail)
Ice
Optional: Sugar for rimming
Optional: Lemon or orange twist, or tropical candy skewer for garnish
Instructions
Rim your glass (optional): Rub a lemon or lime wedge around the rim of a martini or coupe glass, then dip it into sugar. Set aside.
Shake it up: Add the vodka, blue curaçao, and cranberry juice to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake: Secure the lid and shake well for about 15 seconds, until well-chilled.
Strain: Strain into your prepared glass.
Garnish and serve: Add a citrus twist or a fun candy skewer for a tropical touch. Cheers!
Notes
Use cranberry cocktail for a sweeter drink, or 100% cranberry juice for a tarter version.
Make it a mocktail by swapping the vodka for soda water and the blue curaçao for a splash of blue sports drink.
Want a twist? Swap vodka for coconut rum or add a splash of lemon-lime soda for a fizzy finish.
This recipe is easy to batch—multiply the ingredients, mix without ice, and shake individual servings to keep them fresh.
