1 (3 oz / 85g) box berry blue or grape Jell-O

1 cup boiling water

¾ cup vodka (plain or flavored)

¼ cup blue curaçao

½ cup cranberry juice (100% juice or cocktail blend)

Instructions

Dissolve the Jell-O: In a heatproof bowl, combine the Jell-O mix and boiling water. Stir for 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

Add Alcohol: Let the mixture cool slightly (about 10 minutes), then stir in the vodka and blue curaçao.

Pour Base Layer: Divide the mixture evenly into 12–16 plastic shot cups. Set cups on a tray to keep level. Chill in the fridge for 30–40 minutes, or until semi-set.

Add Cranberry Topper: Carefully spoon cranberry juice on top of the set Jell-O layer to create a red ombré effect. Optional: Mix in a splash of vodka or rum.
