  • Author: Sam

Description

This Jamaican Me Happy Cocktail is a burst of sunshine in every sip! Made with strawberry, watermelon, guava juice, lemonade, and vodka, it’s fruity, refreshing, and totally vacation-worthy. The flavors blend beautifully for a drink that’s sweet, tangy, and perfect for summer nights, BBQs, or anytime you want to feel like you’re on island time. Simple to make, gorgeous to serve—this cocktail is anything but boring!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz strawberry juice

  • 1 oz watermelon juice

  • 1 oz guava juice

  • 2 oz lemonade

  • 1.5 oz vodka

  • Ice (for serving)

  • Lemon slices and fresh strawberries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Fill your glass: Add ice to a tall glass. For a stunning look, line the inside with thin lemon slices and strawberry rounds.

  • Mix it up: In a cocktail shaker or mixing glass, combine the strawberry juice, watermelon juice, guava juice, lemonade, and vodka. Stir or shake gently to blend.

  • Pour and serve: Pour the mixture over the ice.

  • Garnish (optional but so worth it!): Add a lemon wheel on the rim or a cocktail skewer with fresh berries for that breezy beachy vibe.

Notes

  • No guava juice? Sub in mango or passionfruit juice for a twist—still tropical and totally delicious.

  • Make it fizzy: Top with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water for a bubbly version.

  • Mocktail version: Skip the vodka and enjoy a fruity, kid-friendly punch.

  • Big batch tip: Multiply ingredients by the number of servings and mix in a pitcher for parties. Add ice and garnishes when serving to keep it fresh.
