Key Lime Pie Mojito

Key Lime Pie Mojito – Creamy, Minty, Boozy Bliss

  • Author: Sam

Description

This Key Lime Pie Mojito is a dreamy twist on the classic cocktail—refreshing, creamy, minty, and topped with whipped cream and graham cracker crumbs. It tastes like your favorite pie in a glass, perfect for summer parties or a fun dessert-style drink. Quick to shake up, easy to love, and impossible to forget!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup white rum

  • ¼ cup fresh key lime juice (or regular lime juice)

  • 2 tablespoons sugar

  • 810 fresh mint leaves

  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

  • ½ cup club soda

  • Ice (as needed)

  • Whipped cream (for topping)

  • Crushed graham crackers (for garnish)

  • Lime slices and mint sprigs (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Rim the Glasses: Dip the rim of each glass in lime juice, then into crushed graham crackers to coat. Add a few lime slices and fresh mint leaves to each glass.

  • Muddle the Base: In a shaker or small pitcher, muddle the mint leaves and sugar with the lime juice until the mint is fragrant and the sugar dissolves.

  • Add Liquids and Ice: Pour in the white rum and sweetened condensed milk. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until chilled and creamy.

  • Assemble the Drink: Strain the mixture into the prepared glasses filled with ice. Top with a splash of club soda.

  • Garnish and Serve: Add a generous swirl of whipped cream and a sprinkle of crushed graham crackers. Garnish with lime slices and mint sprigs, if desired. Serve immediately with a straw and a spoon!

Notes

  • No key limes? Regular limes work beautifully.

  • For a dairy-free twist, use coconut sweetened condensed milk.

  • Want it frozen? Blend everything (except soda and garnishes) with ice for a slushie-style mojito.

  • Prep ahead by mixing everything except club soda and garnishes. Keep chilled and fizz it up when ready to serve.

  • Make it a mocktail by skipping the rum and adding extra soda or coconut water.
