Ingredients
Green Kiwi Layer:
-
1½ oz kiwi liqueur
-
1 oz lemonade
-
1 cup ice
White Lemonade Layer:
-
2 oz lemonade
-
½ oz simple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
-
1 cup ice
Red Watermelon Layer:
-
2 oz watermelon juice (fresh or store-bought)
-
1½ oz sour watermelon vodka
-
1 cup ice
Optional Garnish:
-
Mini watermelon wedge
-
Kiwi slice
-
Sour watermelon gummies
-
Colored sugar (green or red) for glass rim
Instructions
-
Blend the Green Kiwi Layer: In a blender, combine kiwi liqueur, lemonade, and ice. Blend until slushy. Pour into the bottom of a glass and place in the freezer for 5–10 minutes to set.
-
Create the White Lemonade Layer: Rinse your blender. Add lemonade, simple syrup (if using), and ice. Blend until smooth. Slowly pour over the green layer using the back of a spoon for clean separation.
-
Finish with the Red Watermelon Layer: In a clean blender, combine watermelon juice, sour watermelon vodka, and ice. Blend to a thick slush. Carefully spoon over the white layer.
-
Garnish and Serve: Rim your glass with colored sugar if desired, then top with a mini wedge of watermelon, kiwi slice, or sour gummy for an extra pop of summer flair.
Notes
-
For ultra-defined layers, freeze each layer for 5–10 minutes before adding the next.
-
Crushed ice blends faster and gives the best texture.
-
Want a mocktail? Swap the liquors for fruit juices or flavored sparkling water.
-
Make it ahead: Blend and freeze each layer separately, then re-blend and assemble when ready to serve.
