Mango Peach O’s Jello Shots are the ultimate fruity party treat—sweet, boozy, and topped with nostalgic candy! They’re super easy to make ahead, packed with tropical flavor, and guaranteed to disappear fast at your next party. Colorful, fun, and totally irresistible!
Ingredients
2 boxes (3 oz each) orange gelatin
2 cups boiling water
1 cup cold mango juice (chilled)
1 cup peach schnapps
½ cup vodka (plain or peach-flavored)
1 cup cold water
20–24 Peach O gummy rings
20–24 (2 oz) plastic shot cups
Instructions
In a medium heatproof mixing bowl, combine orange gelatin with boiling water. Stir for 2 minutes until fully dissolved.
Add in the mango juice, peach schnapps, vodka, and cold water. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.
Pour the mixture into plastic shot cups, filling each about ¾ of the way full.
Place the cups on a tray and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until fully set.
Just before serving, top each jello shot with a Peach O gummy ring for a fun, candy-coated finish.
Notes
For best results, use chilled juice to help the gelatin set faster.
Add the Peach O gummies after the gelatin has fully set to keep them from getting soggy or sinking.
Want a stronger shot? Reduce the cold water by ¼ cup and add more vodka (but taste-test first!).
These can be made up to 2 days in advance—just store covered in the fridge and add the gummy rings right before serving.
