Instructions

Make the Purple Layer:
In a blender, combine frozen blueberries, white rum, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, and crushed ice. Blend until smooth and thick. Pour into a small pitcher or bowl and place in the freezer briefly while you prep the blue layer. -
Make the Blue Layer:
Rinse or wipe the blender. Add white rum, cream of coconut, blue curaçao (if using), lime juice, and ice. Blend until creamy and slushy. -
Assemble the Cocktail:
In a tall, clear glass (like a hurricane glass), alternate pouring purple and blue layers using a swirling motion. Use a long spoon or straw to gently twist once or twice for that marble effect. -
Garnish and Serve:
Top with fresh blueberries, a pineapple wedge, and edible glitter or sugared rim for extra flair. Serve immediately and enjoy the magic!
