  • 1.5 oz Midori melon liqueur

  • 1 oz white rum

  • 1 cup ice

  • Garnish: pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry (optional)


Instructions

  • Add to Blender – Combine pineapple juice, coconut cream, Midori, white rum, and ice in a blender.

  • Blend Until Smooth – Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and slushy.

  • Pour & Serve – Pour into a chilled cocktail or hurricane glass.
