2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz coconut cream
1.5 oz Midori melon liqueur
1 oz white rum
1 cup ice
Garnish: pineapple wedge and maraschino cherry (optional)
Instructions
Add to Blender – Combine pineapple juice, coconut cream, Midori, white rum, and ice in a blender.
Blend Until Smooth – Blend on high speed until the mixture is creamy and slushy.
Pour & Serve – Pour into a chilled cocktail or hurricane glass.
Garnish – Top with a pineapple wedge and cherry if you’re feeling festive!
Enjoy Immediately – Sip slowly, smile widely, and feel the tropical vibes.
Notes
Use coconut rum instead of white rum for extra island flavor.
Want it thicker? Try using frozen pineapple chunks instead of ice.
For a non-alcoholic version, skip the rum and Midori—use melon syrup and a splash of lemon-lime soda.
Chill your glass beforehand to keep the cocktail frosty longer!
