1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water

1 box (3 oz) blue raspberry Jello mix
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
½ cup vodka (citrus vodka works great)

Top Layer – Ultra Violet (Grape or Berry Fusion)

1 box (3 oz) grape or berry fusion Jello mix
1 cup boiling water
½ cup cold water
½ cup vodka (vanilla vodka adds a smooth finish)

Instructions

Prepare the Bottom Lime Layer:
In a bowl, combine lime Jello mix with 1 cup boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved. Add ½ cup cold water and ½ cup vodka or schnapps. Mix well. Pour into 2 oz plastic shot cups, filling each about ⅓ full. Refrigerate for 30–45 minutes, or until completely set.
Add the Blue Raspberry Layer:
Once the bottom layer is firm, repeat the process using blue raspberry Jello, boiling water, cold water, and vodka. Pour the mixture gently over the set lime layer (use a spoon to soften the pour). Fill cups another ⅓ full. Chill again until firm.
Top with Grape Layer:
Repeat with grape or berry fusion Jello and vanilla vodka. Carefully pour over the blue layer. Fill to the top. Chill until the final layer is fully set—about 1 hour.

Garnish & Serve:
Add sprinkles, gummy candies, or lime wedges just before serving. Display with glow sticks for a glowing party vibe!
