Ice (for shaking)

Pineapple wedge (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
-
Add 1 oz of blue raspberry vodka.
-
Pour in 1 oz of pineapple juice.
-
Add 1 oz of coconut water.
-
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds, until well chilled and the shaker feels frosty.
-
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
-
Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim. Serve immediately.
Notes
-
For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with 1 cup of ice until slushy.
-
No blue raspberry vodka? Sub with plain vodka and blue curaçao for a citrus twist and the same electric blue color.
-
Want it sweeter? Add a splash of simple syrup or flavored coconut water.
-
Fresh pineapple juice makes a big difference in flavor—use it if you can!
-
Store the mixed liquid (minus the ice) in the fridge for up to 24 hours if prepping ahead. Shake with ice before serving.
