Ingredients
1 oz blue raspberry vodka
1 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut water
Ice (for shaking)
Pineapple wedge (for garnish)
Instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.
Add 1 oz of blue raspberry vodka.
Pour in 1 oz of pineapple juice.
Add 1 oz of coconut water.
Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds, until well chilled and the shaker feels frosty.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with 1 cup of ice until slushy.
No blue raspberry vodka? Sub with plain vodka and blue curaçao for a citrus twist and the same electric blue color.
