Ingredients

  • 1 oz blue raspberry vodka

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 oz coconut water

  • Ice (for shaking)

  • Pineapple wedge (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker halfway with ice.

  2. Add 1 oz of blue raspberry vodka.

  3. Pour in 1 oz of pineapple juice.

  4. Add 1 oz of coconut water.

  5. Shake vigorously for 10–15 seconds, until well chilled and the shaker feels frosty.

  6. Strain into a chilled martini glass.

  7. Garnish with a fresh pineapple wedge on the rim. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with 1 cup of ice until slushy.

  • No blue raspberry vodka? Sub with plain vodka and blue curaçao for a citrus twist and the same electric blue color.

  • Want it sweeter? Add a splash of simple syrup or flavored coconut water.

  • Fresh pineapple juice makes a big difference in flavor—use it if you can!

 

  • Store the mixed liquid (minus the ice) in the fridge for up to 24 hours if prepping ahead. Shake with ice before serving.
