Paradise Breeze Cocktail

Paradise Breeze Cocktail Recipe: A Frozen Tropical Dream in a Glass

  • Author: Sam

Description

Bring the beach to your glass with this Paradise Breeze Cocktail—a fruity, frozen layered drink made with pineapple, peach-orange fizz, and a splash of grenadine. It’s bright, beautiful, and perfect for warm days, parties, or anytime you want a little tropical escape. Sunset in a glass? Yes, please!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups frozen pineapple chunks

  • 3 oz pineapple vodka

  • 1 oz simple syrup (adjust to taste)

  • 6 oz Fuzzy Navel (or other peach-orange sparkling drink)

  • 1 oz grenadine

  • Pineapple wedges, for garnish

  • Optional: a few ice cubes for a thicker slushy texture

Instructions

  1. Blend the base – In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, pineapple vodka, and simple syrup. Blend until smooth but still thick and slushy.

  2. Divide and pour – Pour the pineapple mixture evenly into two tall glasses, filling them about halfway.

  3. Add fizz – Slowly pour the Fuzzy Navel soda over the slush in each glass, letting it settle and create a slight separation of layers.

  4. Sunset swirl – Gently drizzle grenadine down the inside edge of each glass. It will sink and form a beautiful red gradient at the bottom.

  5. Garnish and serve – Add a pineapple wedge to the rim and serve immediately with a straw or long spoon.

Notes

  • For a thicker texture, toss in a few ice cubes before blending.

  • No pineapple vodka? Use plain vodka with a splash of pineapple juice.

  • Want to make it a mocktail? Skip the vodka and use pineapple juice, and swap the soda for peach-orange sparkling water.

  • Pour grenadine gently for that dreamy layered effect—don’t stir!

  • This recipe makes 2 tall glasses but can easily be scaled up for a party pitcher.
