Passion Fruit Margarita Punch: A Bold, Tropical Twist Made for a Crowd

  • Author: Ethan

Description

Big, bold, and made for a crowd — this Passion Fruit Margarita Punch is your new go-to party drink! Bursting with tropical flavor, this fruity twist on the classic margarita combines passion fruit, citrus, and tequila into one gallon-sized celebration. Easy to make ahead, serve over ice, and garnish with fresh fruit for a vibrant presentation that gets the party started!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups tequila (blanco or reposado)

  • 1 cup triple sec

  • 1 cup fresh lime juice

  • 2 cups sweet & sour mix

  • 4 cups passion fruit juice (100% juice recommended)

  • 12 cups orange juice (to taste)

  • Fresh orange slices (for garnish)

  • Fresh strawberries (for garnish)

  • Lime rounds (for garnish)

  • Ice (for serving)

Instructions

  • Add your fruit: Place the orange slices, strawberries, and lime rounds in the bottom of a clean gallon container or large drink dispenser.

  • Pour in the liquid ingredients: Add the tequila, triple sec, lime juice, sweet & sour mix, passion fruit juice, and orange juice.

  • Stir it up: Use a long spoon or stir stick to mix everything together until well combined.

  • Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours before serving. This helps all the flavors mingle.

  • Serve: Pour over ice in individual glasses. Garnish with extra fruit slices if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make ahead: This punch actually tastes better when made a few hours in advance — it’s party-perfect straight from the fridge.

  • Adjust to taste: Like it sweeter? Add more orange juice or a splash of agave. Want it stronger? Up the tequila just a bit.

  • Mocktail version: Skip the alcohol and replace with extra juice + sparkling water for a festive non-alcoholic twist.

  • Extra tip: Freeze leftover punch in ice cube trays for a boozy addition to future drinks — no wasted flavor here!
