Peeps Sugar Cookie Martini

Peeps Sugar Cookie Martini – A Sweet Easter Delight!

  • Author: Ethan

Description

This Peeps Sugar Cookie Martini is a creamy, festive Easter cocktail that tastes just like your favorite frosted sugar cookie in a glass! Made with Irish cream, vanilla vodka, and amaretto, it’s topped with a colorful sprinkle rim and a marshmallow Peep for a show-stopping finish. Perfect for spring brunches, Easter parties, or when you’re just in the mood for something sweet and whimsical.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 oz Irish cream liqueur (such as Baileys)

  • 1 oz vanilla vodka

  • 0.5 oz amaretto

  • 2 oz milk or dairy-free alternative (oat or almond milk work great!)

  • Optional: 1 tsp sugar cookie syrup (for extra sweetness and cookie flavor)

  • Garnish: vanilla frosting

  • Garnish: colorful sprinkles

  • Garnish: 1 marshmallow Peep (chick or bunny!)

Instructions

  • Prepare your glass: Spread a little vanilla frosting onto a small plate. Dip the rim of your martini glass into the frosting, then into a plate of colorful sprinkles. Set aside.

  • Make the cocktail: Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add Irish cream, vanilla vodka, amaretto, milk, and (if using) sugar cookie syrup.

  • Shake it up: Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds, until well chilled and frothy.

  • Strain and serve: Strain the drink into your prepared martini glass.

  • Garnish: Place a marshmallow Peep on the rim or float it on top for a playful, picture-perfect finish. Sip and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make it dairy-free: Use oat milk or almond milk for a lactose-free version that’s just as creamy and delicious.

  • No sugar cookie syrup? Mix ½ tsp almond extract with 1 tsp simple syrup to mimic that sweet cookie flavor.

  • Serving a crowd? You can easily multiply the ingredients and mix in a pitcher. Shake individual servings with ice before pouring.

  • Want it stronger? Add an extra splash of vodka or try white chocolate liqueur for a fun twist.

  • Make it a mocktail: Use Irish cream-flavored coffee creamer, milk, and a drop of vanilla & almond extract—just as sweet, zero booze!
