Piña Colada Beer Bomb Recipe: A Tropical Party in a Bottle

  • Author: Ethan

Description

A fun, fizzy twist on the classic tropical cocktail! This Piña Colada Beer Bomb blends creamy coconut, tangy pineapple, smooth rum, and crisp light beer—right in the bottle. It’s the ultimate party drink with minimal effort and maximum flavor. Perfect for beach days, BBQs, or backyard hangouts. Try it at your next get-together and watch it steal the spotlight!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cold light beer (such as Corona or Modelo)

  • 2 oz light rum

  • 1 oz coconut cream (Coco López or similar)

  • 2 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 lime wedge, for garnish

Instructions

  • Chill your beer bottles thoroughly in advance—the colder, the better.

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the light rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. Shake until smooth and slightly frothy.

  • Open your beer and pour out about one-quarter to make room for the cocktail mix.

  • Using a small funnel or careful pour, slowly add the piña colada mix to the beer bottle until it’s full.

  • Gently swirl the bottle to combine without creating too much foam.

  • Garnish the rim with a lime wedge and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Make the piña colada mix ahead of time and store in the fridge for quick prep.

  • Use coconut milk for a lighter version or dark rum for a bolder flavor.

  • Want a mocktail? Use non-alcoholic beer and swap rum for coconut water or rum extract.

  • This drink is best enjoyed fresh and cold—don’t pre-mix with beer until ready to serve.

  • Great for batching! Just multiply the ingredients for your party size.
