It’s quick to make, gorgeous to serve, and guaranteed to bring vacation vibes to any gathering. Shake one up and sip the tropics—no plane ticket required!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz Malibu Rum

  • 1 oz Cream of Coconut

  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice

  • 2 oz Orange Juice

  • 6 oz Sprite (or Sprite Zero for a lighter version)

  • Ice (crushed or cubed)

Optional Garnishes:

  • Pineapple wedge

  • Maraschino cherry

  • Whipped cream

  • Toasted coconut flakes

  • Colorful straw

Instructions

  1. Add Malibu rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and orange juice to a cocktail shaker.

  2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15–20 seconds to chill and combine.

  3. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.

  4. Top with Sprite and stir gently to blend.

  5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, a swirl of whipped cream, and a sprinkle of toasted coconut flakes.

  6. Insert a fun straw, serve immediately, and enjoy your sip of sunshine!

Notes

  • Make it a mocktail: Skip the Malibu and sub in coconut water with a dash of coconut extract.

  • Prefer less sweet? Use sparkling water instead of Sprite for a crisper finish.

  • Batch tip: Multiply ingredients and pre-mix everything except the Sprite. Add soda just before serving to keep it bubbly.

  • Frozen version: Blend with ice (minus the Sprite) for a slushy twist, then top with a splash of soda.

  • Garnish tip: Toasted coconut adds texture and aroma—totally worth the extra step!
