Notes
-
No pineapple rum? Sub in coconut rum or white rum with a splash of pineapple extract.
-
Vanilla rum can be replaced with spiced rum or white rum + a drop of vanilla extract.
-
For a slushie-style version, blend all ingredients with ice instead of shaking.
-
Prep a batch (minus the soda) in advance and store it in the fridge. Shake and top with soda when ready to serve.
-
Want a mocktail? Use pineapple-flavored sparkling water in place of alcohol—still festive, still fun!
