Pink Mudslide

Pink Mudslide – Sweet, Sassy, and Strawberry-Licious

  • Author: Ethan

Description

This Pink Mudslide cocktail is creamy, sweet, and strawberry-filled — the perfect sassy sip for dessert or a girls’ night in. With Baileys Strawberries & Cream, vodka, and real strawberries, it’s a fun twist on the classic mudslide. Quick to make, beautiful to serve, and guaranteed to wow!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 fresh strawberries (plus slices or whole berry for garnish)

  • 2 oz Baileys Strawberries & Cream (or original Baileys if preferred)

  • 1 oz vodka

  • 1 oz heavy cream

  • 0.5 oz strawberry syrup

  • Whipped cream (for topping)

  • Ice (for shaking and serving)

Instructions

  • Muddle the fresh strawberries in a cocktail shaker until juicy and broken down.

  • Add Baileys, vodka, heavy cream, strawberry syrup, and a handful of ice to the shaker.

  • Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until chilled and lightly frothy.

  • Strain into a rocks glass or coupe filled with fresh ice.

  • Top with whipped cream and garnish with a strawberry slice or whole berry on the rim. Serve immediately!

Notes

  • Want a dairy-free version? Swap heavy cream for coconut cream and use Baileys Almande (almond-based and vegan).

  • No strawberry syrup? Use grenadine or a spoonful of homemade strawberry purée instead.

  • For a frozen version, blend all ingredients with a cup of ice for a slushy-style cocktail.

  • To batch it for a party, multiply the ingredients by four and blend with ice instead of shaking.

  • Best served fresh, but you can pre-mix everything (except ice and whipped cream) and chill up to 24 hours in advance.
