Perfect for birthdays, girls’ nights, bachelorettes, or any celebration that calls for something sweet and pink! Easy to prep ahead and guaranteed to impress your guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 (3 oz) box strawberry Jello

  • 1 cup boiling water

  • ½ cup Pink Whitney vodka

  • ½ cup cold water

  • 1214 pink Starburst candies

  • Optional: edible glitter or pink sugar crystals, for garnish

  • 1216 2 oz plastic shot cups

  • Optional: small silicone molds or mini cookie cutters (for shaping the candy)

Instructions

  1. Soften the Starbursts: Unwrap the pink Starbursts and microwave them in a microwave-safe bowl for 10–20 seconds until just soft (not bubbling). Press into silicone molds or mini cookie cutters to form cute shapes. Let set at room temperature.

  2. Make the Jello base: In a heatproof mixing bowl, stir 1 cup of boiling water into the strawberry Jello powder. Stir for 2 full minutes until completely dissolved.

  3. Add the alcohol: Stir in ½ cup cold water and ½ cup Pink Whitney vodka. Mix well to combine.

  4. Pour into cups: Carefully pour the mixture into 2 oz plastic shot cups, filling each about ¾ full.

  5. Chill: Refrigerate the shots for at least 3 hours, or until fully set.

  6. Garnish and serve: Once set, top each shot with a Starburst shape or small candy piece. Sprinkle with edible glitter or pink sugar if desired.

Notes

  • Want a stronger kick? Use ¾ cup Pink Whitney and reduce cold water to ¼ cup.

  • For a fun layered look, chill half the mixture first, then pour on a second layer mixed with melted Starbursts.

  • No molds? Flatten softened Starbursts and cut shapes with a knife or kitchen scissors.

  • Store in the fridge (covered) for up to 4 days. Do not freeze.

  • Pink lemonade or raspberry Jello can be subbed for a twist on the flavor!
