Ingredients
-
1 oz vanilla vodka
-
1 oz Irish cream liqueur (like Baileys)
-
1 oz coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
-
1 oz blue curaçao
-
1 oz melon liqueur (like Midori)
-
1 oz grenadine
-
1 oz orange juice
-
1 oz passion fruit juice
-
Ice (for shaking or blending)
-
Whipped cream (for topping)
-
Chocolate syrup (for rimming and drizzling)
-
Rainbow sprinkles (for rimming)
-
Maraschino cherry & chocolate ice cream scoop (optional garnish)
Instructions
-
Rim a tall glass with chocolate syrup, then dip it in rainbow sprinkles. Drizzle extra chocolate syrup inside the glass.
-
In a shaker with ice, mix grenadine and a splash of passion fruit juice. Gently pour into the bottom of the glass for the red layer.
-
Rinse shaker. Mix orange juice with a small splash of Irish cream for an orange hue. Carefully layer over the red using the back of a spoon.
-
Rinse shaker again. Mix melon liqueur with a little Irish cream for the green layer. Gently pour on top.
-
Mix blue curaçao with a splash of vanilla vodka. Slowly layer over green.
-
Combine coffee liqueur, Irish cream, and the remaining vanilla vodka. Float this on top as the final “mudslide” layer.
-
Top with whipped cream, drizzle chocolate syrup, and garnish with a maraschino cherry and optional scoop of ice cream.
-
Serve immediately with a straw or long spoon and enjoy the creamy, colorful explosion!
Notes
-
For clean, defined layers, make sure ingredients are cold and pour slowly over the back of a spoon.
-
Use a tall, clear glass (like a hurricane or highball) to show off all those vibrant rainbow colors.
-
Want to make it non-alcoholic? Use juices like cherry, orange, lime, blueberry, and milk or cream in place of liqueurs.
-
Pre-mix color layers ahead of time and store in the fridge, then assemble when ready to serve.
-
This drink is best enjoyed fresh—so make it, show it off, and sip it right away!
