Ingredients
-
2 oz raspberry vodka (or strawberry vodka)
-
1 oz limoncello
-
1 oz fresh lemon juice (about 1 large lemon)
-
½ oz grenadine
-
3–4 oz Moscato champagne (or any sweet sparkling wine)
-
Ice
-
Fresh raspberries (for garnish)
-
Lemon slices or wheels (for garnish)
Instructions
-
Shake it up – Add the raspberry vodka, limoncello, lemon juice, and grenadine to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake gently for about 10 seconds to chill everything down without over-diluting.
-
Prep your glass – Fill a tall glass or cute bottle with fresh ice. Drop in a few raspberries and a slice of lemon to get that gorgeous color and flavor started.
-
Pour and sparkle – Strain the chilled mix into your prepared glass. Slowly top with 3–4 oz of chilled Moscato, letting the bubbles do their thing.
-
Garnish and serve – Add an extra raspberry and a lemon wheel on top. Serve with a fun straw or cap it for a portable party drink. Cheers to summer vibes!
Notes
-
No shaker? No problem! Just use a mason jar with a tight lid and shake it up.
-
Want to go alcohol-free? Swap the vodka for raspberry lemonade and use sparkling water or grape juice in place of the champagne.
-
Making a batch? Multiply the ingredients and mix the base (everything but the bubbly) in advance. Add the Moscato just before serving for max fizz!
-
Try muddling in a sprig of mint or basil for a refreshing twist.
-
Serving tip: Chill your glass or bottle first to keep your spritzer cooler longer—extra bonus on hot days!
