Ingredients
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup lemonade (fresh or store-bought)
½ cup vodka
1 cup club soda (chilled)
Ice cubes
Lemon slices, for garnish
Extra raspberries, for garnish
Sugar for rimming (optional)
Instructions
(Optional) Rim glasses with sugar: Rub a lemon slice around the rim of each glass, then dip into a plate of sugar.
In a large pitcher, muddle the raspberries gently to release their juices.
Pour in the lemonade and vodka, then stir to combine.
Just before serving, add the chilled club soda and stir gently.
Fill glasses with ice, pour in the spritzer, and garnish with lemon slices and extra raspberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
Make it ahead: You can prep the base (raspberries, lemonade, vodka) a few hours in advance. Just add club soda when ready to serve for max fizz.
Want a mocktail? Skip the vodka and swap club soda for lemon-lime soda or sparkling water.
Try variations: Swap raspberries with strawberries or blackberries. Use pink lemonade for a color pop!
Make it sweeter: Add a splash of simple syrup, honey, or agave if your lemonade is on the tart side.
Batch tip: Multiply the recipe for parties! Serve in a pitcher or drink dispenser—just keep the club soda on the side.
