  • Author: Ethan

Description

This Raspberry Lemonade Vodka Spritzer is the ultimate summer refresher—fruity, fizzy, and just the right amount of boozy. Made with fresh raspberries, lemonade, vodka, and a splash of club soda, it’s perfect for patios, pool days, and casual happy hours. Quick to mix up and beautiful to serve, this sparkling cocktail is your go-to for warm weather sips!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

  • 1 cup lemonade (fresh or store-bought)

  • ½ cup vodka

  • 1 cup club soda (chilled)

  • Ice cubes

  • Lemon slices, for garnish

  • Extra raspberries, for garnish

  • Sugar for rimming (optional)

Instructions

  • (Optional) Rim glasses with sugar: Rub a lemon slice around the rim of each glass, then dip into a plate of sugar.

  • In a large pitcher, muddle the raspberries gently to release their juices.

  • Pour in the lemonade and vodka, then stir to combine.

  • Just before serving, add the chilled club soda and stir gently.

  • Fill glasses with ice, pour in the spritzer, and garnish with lemon slices and extra raspberries. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Make it ahead: You can prep the base (raspberries, lemonade, vodka) a few hours in advance. Just add club soda when ready to serve for max fizz.

  • Want a mocktail? Skip the vodka and swap club soda for lemon-lime soda or sparkling water.

  • Try variations: Swap raspberries with strawberries or blackberries. Use pink lemonade for a color pop!

  • Make it sweeter: Add a splash of simple syrup, honey, or agave if your lemonade is on the tart side.

  • Batch tip: Multiply the recipe for parties! Serve in a pitcher or drink dispenser—just keep the club soda on the side.
