Notes
Make Ahead: Perfect for prepping the night before — they stay party-ready for up to 5 days in the fridge.
Want it Stronger? You can use up to 1 cup alcohol per layer. Just expect longer chill times and a slightly softer set.
Non-Alcoholic Version: Simply swap all alcohol with matching juices or sodas — still delicious and fun!
Glow Factor: For a glowing effect under blacklight, sub in tonic water for part of the liquid in the top layer.
Layering Tip: Let each layer set until tacky (not fully firm) before adding the next. This helps layers stick without bleeding.
