Strawberry Açaí Vanilla Bliss (Mocktail Style)

  • Author: Ethan

Description

A refreshing and creamy Strawberry Açaí Vanilla Bliss mocktail that’s bursting with berry flavor, topped with dreamy vanilla cold foam. This caffeine-free, fruit-forward slushy is the perfect treat for warm days, relaxing mornings, or a pretty party sip. It’s made in minutes, endlessly customizable, and totally kid-friendly. Try it once, and it just might become your go-to mocktail!

Ingredients

Scale

For the mocktail base:

  • 1/2 cup blended frozen strawberries

  • 1/4 cup açaí juice or concentrate

  • 1/2 cup cold water or white grape juice

  • 1/21 cup ice (adjust for desired slushiness)

For the vanilla cold foam:

  • 1/4 cup cold milk (whole or plant-based like oat or almond)

  • 1 tsp vanilla syrup (or vanilla extract + touch of sweetener)

Instructions

  1. Blend the base – In a blender, combine frozen strawberries, açaí juice, water or grape juice, and ice. Blend until smooth and slushy.

  2. Make the cold foam – In a frother or a sealed jar, mix the cold milk and vanilla syrup. Froth or shake vigorously until thick and foamy.

  3. Assemble the drink – Pour the blended fruit mixture into a tall glass. Gently spoon or pour the vanilla cold foam over the top.

  4. Serve and enjoy – Add a straw or swirl with a spoon. Sip and enjoy the ombré magic!

Notes

  • No frother? Just shake your cold foam ingredients in a jar with a tight lid for 30–60 seconds.

  • Want it sweeter? Use white grape juice instead of water, or add a touch of honey or agave.

  • Try it fizzy! Add a splash of sparkling water on top for bubbles and fun.

  • Make it ahead: The berry base can be stored in the fridge up to 24 hours—just stir or re-blend before serving. Foam is best made fresh.
