- 1 box (3 oz) Strawberry Jell-O
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup Malibu Coconut Rum
- Fresh strawberries (optional, for garnish)

- Non-stick spray (for molds)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberry Jell-O with 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is fully dissolved (about 2 minutes).
- Allow the mixture to cool slightly for 5 minutes. Stir in 1 cup of Malibu Coconut Rum and whisk until fully combined.
- Lightly spray your silicone molds or ice cube tray with non-stick spray. Pour the Jell-O mixture into the molds, filling each almost to the top.
- Place the molds on a flat surface or tray and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the jello is firm.
- To release the jello shots, dip the bottom of the molds in warm water for 10-20 seconds. Gently pop them out.
- Garnish with fresh strawberries, lime slices, or whipped cream, and serve!
Notes
- Let the Jell-O mixture cool slightly before adding alcohol to prevent evaporation.
- For non-alcoholic versions, substitute Malibu Coconut Rum with coconut water or pineapple juice.
- Jello shots can be made a day in advance and stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days.
