Mocktail Version (Serves 8–10)
1 box (3 oz) strawberry-flavored Jell-O
1 cup boiling water
1½ cups cold water
1 cup pineapple juice
2 cups ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
Ice cubes

Instructions
Spiked Version
In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
Add 1½ cups cold water and allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.
In a large pitcher or punch bowl, combine the cooled Jell-O mixture, pineapple juice, and chilled lemon-lime soda.
Stir in 1 to 1½ cups of vodka, depending on your preferred strength.
Add ice cubes and garnish with fresh strawberry slices before serving.
Mocktail Version
In a bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O in 1 cup of boiling water. Stir thoroughly.
Stir in 1½ cups of cold water and let it cool completely.
Combine the Jell-O base with pineapple juice and your choice of soda (ginger ale or lemon-lime) in a pitcher or punch bowl.
Add ice and fresh strawberry slices just before serving.
Notes
Chill the soda and juice beforehand to keep the punch fizzy and refreshing.
Don’t over-stir after adding soda—gentle mixing helps maintain those lovely bubbles.
Want a fun twist? Use frozen berries instead of ice to keep your punch cold without watering it down.
This recipe can be made ahead by preparing the Jell-O base in advance and storing it separately, then mixing with the soda and juice just before serving.
Easily double the recipe for larger parties—just use a bigger punch bowl or divide between pitchers.
