Strawberry Lemonade Vodka Popsicles

Strawberry Lemonade Vodka Popsicles – The Ultimate Fruity Frozen Cocktail Treat

  • Author: Sam

Description

Strawberry Lemonade Vodka Popsicles are the ultimate frozen cocktail treat—icy, fruity, and just boozy enough to feel grown-up. These adult popsicles combine bright lemonade, juicy strawberries, and a splash of vodka for the perfect poolside refreshment. Quick to prep, endlessly customizable, and beautiful enough to impress at any summer gathering!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ cups lemonade (homemade or store-bought)

  • 2 oz strawberry lemonade vodka (or plain vodka)

  • 68 fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

  • Optional: 1 tsp honey or sugar (if your lemonade is extra tart)

Instructions

  • In a blender or large mixing bowl, combine lemonade, vodka, and chopped strawberries.

  • Pulse just a few times if using a blender—you want small chunks of strawberry, not a full purée.

  • Taste the mixture and stir in honey or sugar if it needs extra sweetness.

  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little room at the top for expansion.

  • Insert popsicle sticks, then freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until fully solid.

  • To serve, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds, gently remove pops, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Don’t over-blend the strawberries—small chunks add great texture and a beautiful speckled look.

  • Strawberry lemonade vodka adds a subtle fruity flavor, but plain vodka works just as well.

  • Want a twist? Add fresh basil, mint, or swap in other berries like raspberries or blueberries.

  • These melt quickly, so keep them chilled until ready to serve. Perfect for hot days, patio hangouts, or as a surprise party treat!

  • If you prefer a booze-free version, simply skip the vodka for a refreshing fruit popsicle the whole family can enjoy.
