  • Author: Sam

Description

Sunny Pineapple Punch is the ultimate summer party drink—bright, citrusy, and totally customizable! Made with pineapple juice, lemonade, and your choice of coconut rum or soda, this punch is perfect for crowds, kid-friendly gatherings, or relaxing weekends on the patio. Serve it chilled and garnished with fresh fruit for a gorgeous, refreshing sip that tastes like sunshine in a glass.

Ingredients

Scale

With Alcohol (Serves 8–10):

  • 4 cups pineapple juice (chilled)

  • 3 cups lemonade (fresh or store-bought)

  • to 2 cups coconut rum or citrus vodka

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced (for garnish)

  • Ice cubes or frozen pineapple chunks

  • Optional: splash of soda water for bubbles

Without Alcohol (Serves 8–10):

  • 4 cups pineapple juice (chilled)

  • 3 cups lemonade

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • 1 to 2 cups lemon-lime soda or sparkling water

  • Ice or frozen fruit (pineapple, mango, strawberries, etc.)

Instructions

With Alcohol:

  1. In a large punch bowl or drink dispenser, combine pineapple juice, lemonade, and coconut rum or vodka.

  2. Stir well to blend.

  3. Add lemon slices and frozen pineapple or ice.

  4. Top with a splash of soda water if desired, for some gentle fizz.

  5. Serve chilled in glasses, garnished with extra fruit if you like.

Without Alcohol:

  1. In a large pitcher or punch bowl, mix pineapple juice and lemonade.

  2. Stir in lemon slices and chilled lemon-lime soda or sparkling water.

  3. Add frozen fruit or ice for extra chill and color.

  4. Serve immediately in cups or jars, garnished to your liking.

Notes

  • Use frozen fruit instead of ice to chill without watering down the punch.

  • Want it less sweet? Try unsweetened pineapple juice and plain sparkling water.

  • This recipe scales up beautifully—double or triple for larger gatherings.

  • To make ahead, mix juices and alcohol (if using) up to 24 hours ahead. Add fizz and garnishes just before serving.

  • Try a mint garnish or a sugar-rimmed glass for an extra festive touch!
