Ingredients
For the Drink:
1½ oz peach schnapps
1 oz vanilla vodka (or whipped cream vodka)
1 cup peach nectar or peach juice
¾ cup half & half (or heavy cream)
2 cups crushed ice
For Garnish (optional but recommended):
Whipped cream
Fresh peach slices
Splash of grenadine or peach syrup (for a colorful swirl)
Simple syrup (for rimming)
Gold sanding sugar (for glass rim)
Instructions
Prepare the Glasses
Rim cocktail glasses with simple syrup, then dip in gold sanding sugar. Chill the glasses in the freezer for an extra frosty finish.Make the Peach Layer
In a blender, combine the peach schnapps, peach nectar, and 1 cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth and slushy. Fill each glass halfway with the peach layer. Place glasses in the freezer to set slightly.Make the Cream Layer
Rinse out the blender, then add half & half, vanilla vodka, and the remaining 1 cup of crushed ice. Blend until creamy and thick but pourable.Assemble & Swirl
Gently pour the cream layer over the peach layer. Use a straw or cocktail stick to swirl the layers together for a marbled, sunset-like effect.Garnish & Serve
Top with whipped cream, garnish with fresh peach slices, and (if using) drizzle a little grenadine or peach syrup for color. Serve immediately.
Notes
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute peach schnapps and vodka with peach soda or sparkling peach juice.
Use coconut cream or dairy-free creamer for a lactose-free version.
For extra texture and fruitiness, blend a few frozen peach slices into the peach layer.
Crushed ice is key to getting that smooth, slushy texture. Avoid large ice cubes if possible.
The swirl is all about timing—don’t wait too long between layers or they’ll blend instead of marbling.
This recipe serves 2 generously or 3 in smaller cocktail glasses.
