Tequila Rosé Pudding Shots

Tequila Rosé Pudding Shots: A Boozy Strawberry Dream You’ll Love

  • Author: Sam

Description

Tequila Rosé Pudding Shots are a creamy, strawberry-flavored party treat made with instant pudding, whipped topping, and a splash of Tequila Rosé. Pretty in pink and dangerously smooth, these boozy mini desserts are perfect for girls’ night, bridal showers, or anytime you want a playful adult-friendly treat that tastes as good as it looks. So simple to make—just mix, chill, top, and serve!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) strawberry shake instant pudding mix (or regular strawberry pudding mix)

  • 1 cup cold milk

  • ½ cup Tequila Rosé (strawberry cream liqueur)

  • ½ cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or similar, thawed)

  • Whipped cream, for garnish

  • Maraschino cherries, for garnish

  • 1215 mini plastic condiment cups with lids (12 oz)

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, cold milk, and Tequila Rosé for about 2 minutes until slightly thickened.

  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a rubber spatula, mixing until smooth and fluffy.

  • Spoon or pipe the pudding mixture into mini cups, filling each about ¾ full.

  • Cover with lids and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set and chilled.

  • Just before serving, top each shot with a swirl of whipped cream and a maraschino cherry.

Notes

  • Use cold milk for best results—this helps the pudding set quickly and evenly.

  • A piping bag gives you a cleaner finish when filling the cups (and makes it look fancy too!).

  • These can be made up to 2 days in advance. Just hold off on the whipped cream and cherries until you’re ready to serve.

  • Don’t have Tequila Rosé? Bailey’s Strawberries & Cream or a mix of strawberry liqueur and cream can work as a substitute.

  • Want a non-alcoholic version? Just replace the liqueur with strawberry milk or more cold milk.

  • Keep these refrigerated until serving—they’re at their fluffiest and most delicious when chilled.
