  • Author: Sam

Description

Tropical Margarita – Mango, Pineapple & Tequila Bliss is your instant vacation in a glass. This blended margarita combines juicy mango, tangy pineapple juice, fresh lime, and smooth silver tequila for a refreshing cocktail that tastes as gorgeous as it looks. Finished with a splash of grenadine for a vibrant beachy gradient, it’s perfect for parties, backyard hangouts, or whenever you need a tropical escape. Easy to blend, impossible to resist—try it today!

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup fresh mango, chopped (or mango nectar)

  • 3.5 oz silver tequila

  • 3 oz pineapple juice

  • 2 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

  • 1 oz simple syrup (or to taste)

  • 1 cup ice (crushed or cubes)

  • Optional: splash of grenadine (for color layering)

  • Garnish: lime slices, mango chunks, or cocktail umbrellas

Instructions

  • Blend the base:
In a high-speed blender, combine the mango, tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, simple syrup, and ice. Blend until completely smooth and slushy.

  • Create the tropical gradient:
Pour the mixture into two glasses. For that beachy layered effect, gently tilt the glass and slowly drizzle a splash of grenadine along the inside. It’ll sink to the bottom and give you that gorgeous sunset look.

  • Garnish and serve:
Top each glass with a lime slice, a mango chunk, or a cocktail umbrella (or all three!). Serve immediately and enjoy your tropical moment.

Notes

  • No fresh mango? Mango nectar, canned mango pulp, or frozen mango chunks all work great.

  • Want a kick? Add a few jalapeño slices to the blender or rim your glasses with Tajín.

  • Mocktail version: Replace tequila with coconut water or more pineapple juice.

  • Make ahead tip: Mix everything but the ice and store it in the fridge. Just blend with ice when ready to serve.

  • Grenadine layering trick: Pour gently down the side of the glass after blending to keep that beautiful sunset effect.
