Ingredients
-
2½ cups pineapple juice
-
1 cup orange juice
-
1 cup coconut cream or coconut rum
-
1 cup dark rum
-
1 cup orange liqueur (Grand Marnier or Triple Sec)
-
Ice, for serving
-
Garnishes: Pineapple chunks, grated nutmeg, cocktail umbrellas (optional but encouraged)
Instructions
-
In a large pitcher or shaker, combine the pineapple juice, orange juice, coconut cream (or coconut rum), dark rum, and orange liqueur.
-
Add a generous amount of ice and stir well to chill. If using a shaker, work in batches to ensure it’s cold and smooth.
-
Taste the punch. For more sweetness, add a splash of simple syrup or extra juice. For more kick, add a little extra rum.
-
Pour into glasses over fresh ice.
-
Garnish with a pineapple chunk, a dash of nutmeg, or a fun tiki umbrella to complete the tropical vibe.
-
Serve immediately and enjoy the island energy!
Notes
-
Make it a mocktail: Skip the alcohol and sub in coconut water or sparkling soda for a refreshing booze-free version.
-
Add your twist: Splash in lime juice, muddled strawberries, or passionfruit puree for a fresh flavor upgrade.
-
Prep ahead: Mix everything except ice up to a day in advance. Chill in the fridge and stir well before serving.
-
Storage: Keep leftovers in the fridge (without ice) for up to 3 days. Stir before serving—coconut cream may naturally separate.
-
Pair it with: Shrimp skewers, pulled pork sliders, pineapple salsa, or crispy fish tacos for the ultimate tropical feast!
