Ingredients
1 oz coconut-flavored rum (Malibu recommended)
1 oz pineapple juice
½ oz blue curaçao
½ cup crushed or cubed ice
Optional toppings:
Whipped cream
Toasted coconut flakes
Pineapple wedge for garnish
Instructions
Add coconut rum, pineapple juice, blue curaçao, and ice to a blender.
Blend until smooth and slushy.
Pour into 2–3 shot glasses or a small chilled coupe glass.
Garnish with whipped cream, toasted coconut, and a pineapple wedge if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy your sip of paradise!
Notes
Crushed ice blends better and creates a smoother texture.
To make these ahead of time, freeze the blended mix in ice cube trays. Re-blend with a splash of juice or rum when ready to serve.
Want a non-alcoholic version? Swap the rum for coconut water and use a non-alcoholic blue curaçao syrup.
